About the Role:
As Executive Assistant to a senior leader, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing thoughtful administrative partnership that enables executive effectiveness. You will act as a key liaison across the organization, managing critical schedules, communications, and priorities while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving technology environment and takes pride in creating structure, efficiency, and clarity amid competing demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex and ever-changing executive calendar, prioritizing meetings, appointments, and strategic business commitments
- Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and schedules
- Provide proactive inbox management, including email triage, prioritization, and follow-up coordination
- Partner closely with the executive to manage shifting priorities and ensure critical action items are addressed
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, briefing documents, and relevant background information
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics
- Track and manage expenses, approvals, and administrative processes
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the executive and senior leaders, clients, and external partners
- Exercise exceptional discretion when handling confidential business and personnel information
- Facilitate effective communication and follow-through across projects and executive initiatives
Ideal Candidate:
- 8+ years of executive support experience, including direct support of C-level or senior executives
- Previous experience in a technology or high-growth environment strongly preferred
- Exceptional calendar management skills with the ability to navigate competing priorities seamlessly
- Strong experience with inbox management and communication coordination
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of anticipating executive needs
- Comfortable working independently while building strong relationships across all levels of an organization
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern collaboration tools
