About the Role:
As Executive Assistant to the CRO, you will manage complex executive support responsibilities while acting as a trusted extension of the executive's office. You will help drive efficiency, organization, and alignment across the revenue organization, partnering closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires excellent judgment, strong business acumen, and the ability to navigate a constantly evolving environment with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the Chief Revenue Officer, managing an ever-changing and complex calendar
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and last-minute adjustments
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings
  • Manage expenses, reporting, and administrative workflows with a high degree of accuracy
  • Serve as a key liaison between the CRO, executive leadership team, customers, investors, and internal stakeholders
  • Help prioritize competing requests and ensure critical initiatives stay on track
  • Coordinate offsites, leadership meetings, sales kickoffs, and team events
  • Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives that support the broader revenue organization
  • Handle highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Build strong partnerships across the company to facilitate communication and drive results

Ideal Candidate:
  • 8+ years of Executive Assistant experience, including significant support of C-suite executives
  • Prior experience supporting a Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Executive Officer, President, or similarly senior executive strongly preferred
  • Experience working within high-growth technology companies and fast-paced business environments
  • Thrives in a sales-oriented culture and enjoys being part of an ambitious, results-driven team
  • Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
  • Positive, energetic presence with a collaborative and professional approach
  • Resourceful problem solver who remains calm under pressure
  • Strong business judgment and ability to anticipate executive needs
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, and modern productivity tools
