Rapidly growing, founder-centric VC firm seeking an Events and Community Lead who will play a pivotal role in shaping the in-person experiences that define its network. This role brings together founders, alumni, investors, and partners through thoughtfully designed events.

Job Title: Events and Community Lead
Location: Burlingame, CA
Compensation: $150K - $200K base (DOE)
Industry: Venture Capital

The Role:
As the Events and Community Lead, you will sit at the intersection of operations, community, and brand. You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of events that foster connection and strengthen the broader community.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate venues, travel, schedules, and run-of-show materials to deliver seamless event experiences
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to support and elevate the founder experience
• Develop themes, source speakers, and design programming that fosters connection
• Lead planning and execution for major external conferences, including international founder delegations
• Coordinate schedules, curated introductions, private dinners, and high-value one-on-one interactions
