Accounting Operations (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, DOE
Our client, a fast-growing software development startup, is seeking an Accounting Operations professional to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure and clarity to financial processes while working closely with a collaborative startup team. The right person is organized, detail-oriented, and energized by improving operational workflows in a fast-moving environment.
The Role: Accounting Operations (Temp-to-Hire)
Compensation: $45 - $55/hour DOE
The City: San Francisco, CA (5 days onsite)

The Ideal Candidate: Prior experience working in accounting. Detail-oriented. Organized. Process-driven. Collaborative. Reliable.
The Day-to-Day
- Support improvements to accounting operations and financial workflows
- Partner with the team to process and manage vendor invoices
- Assist with accounting cycles, reconciliations, and documentation management
- Obtain, organize, and maintain financial records and supporting documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely financial processes
