Our client, a distinguished venture capital firm, is seeking a polished and highly professional Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Legal Officer during a maternity leave coverage. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA who understands the pace and discretion required in finance environments and can step in seamlessly to provide high-level support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and brings prior experience supporting senior leaders in financial or legal settings. An active notary license is required for this role.

 The Role: Executive Assistant to CFO & CLO (Maternity Leave Coverage)

The City: Menlo Park, CA (5 days onsite)

The Money: $55/hour- $65/hour

• Professional presence
• Experience supporting executives within finance or legal

 The Day-to-Day:
• Manage complex calendars and coordinate high-volume meetings across internal teams, investors, and external partners
• Prepare documents and assist with notarization for financial and legal materials as needed
• Support meeting preparation, materials, and follow-ups for finance and legal leadership
• Act as a trusted liaison across executives, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
