The Role

We’re hiring a Recruiter who is energized by people, motivated by results, and excited by the pace and accountability of agency recruiting.

In this role, you’ll own the full candidate lifecycle – from sourcing and relationship-building through interview coaching and offer negotiation. You’ll partner closely with our Account Directors, operate in a metrics-driven environment, and play a direct role in Maven’s continued growth.

What You’ll Do

Build meaningful candidate relationships

• Identify and engage top executive and administrative professionals across multiple channels
• Develop thoughtful, candid relationships with candidates
• Understand motivations, strengths, and long-term goals
• Provide honest feedback and coaching throughout the interview process

Own the recruiting lifecycle

• Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates end-to-end
• Partner with Account Directors to align talent with client needs
• Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through decision-making
• Support offer negotiations and close successful placements

Drive results in a fast-paced environment

• Consistently meet or exceed placement and revenue goals
• Maintain an organized and responsive pipeline
• Track activity and progress with accuracy and urgency
• Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused team culture

What You Bring

Experience

• 2+ years in agency recruiting and/or a sales-driven environment
• Experience managing the full candidate lifecycle
• Strong sourcing experience (LinkedIn Recruiter strongly preferred)
