Job Title: Executive Assistant to General Partner
Location: Menlo Park, CA (Onsite)
Compensation: $160,000 - $180,000 base + benefits of being in VC!
Industry: Venture Capital

Responsibilities:

• Own and strategically manage the General Partner’s complex calendar, ensuring alignment with top priorities, investor meetings, and deal flow.
• Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, logistics, and last-minute adjustments.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and briefing documents while tracking follow-ups and key action items.
• Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, managing communications with founders, investors, and internal stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
• Support office operations and special projects, including event coordination, expense management, and ad hoc administrative needs.
