Growing technology startup in New York City is seeking a Workplace Manager to support daily office operations and ensure a smooth, well-run environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in maintaining organization, supporting employees, and keeping day-to-day operations running efficiently as the company continues to scale.

Compensation: $40 - $50 per hour

About the Role:
As the Workplace Manager, you will oversee daily office operations, supporting both employees and visitors while maintaining a clean, organized, and functional workspace. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a variety of operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment, including common areas
- Manage office supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed
- Coordinate daily office lunch orders and ensure smooth delivery and distribution
- Restock office materials, including printer supplies and other essentials
- Support facilities and operations tasks, including coordination with vendors
- Greet visitors and serve as the first point of contact at reception
