We’re partnering with a high-growth, early stage startup in San Francisco that is seeking a sharp, confident, and service-oriented Office Manager / Executive Assistant to drive their office expansion, oversee day-to-day workplace operations, and provide targeted support to the SVP of GTM.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, enjoys project management and operational ownership, and takes pride in creating a polished, high-touch office experience
The Role: Office Manager/Executive Assistant
The City: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
The Company: Early-Stage AI
The Money: $40 - $50/per hour

The Day-to-Day:
Partner on preparation and follow-up for external client meetings, sales events, QBRs, and networking functions.
Support occasional travel logistics
Contribute to office operations, team events, and general administrative flow.
