The Role: Executive Assistant to CEO + Office Management 

The City: Mountain View, CA (Onsite)

The Money: $120k - $130k Base 

The Company: Series A tech start up  

The Ideal Candidate: Sharp. Low ego. Tech savvy. 2-3 years of EA experience. Tech background is a plus!

Your Day-to-Day: 

  • Manage all aspects of the office; order supplies, greet guests, keep space tidy, etc.  
  • Manage high-volume calendars and schedule internal and external meetings
  • Arrange travel logistics and process expenses
  • Assist with event planning and schedule
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients by maintaining contact lists
  • Complete ad-hoc projects as needed
