We are looking for a highly-proactive EA for an early-stage tech startup in NYC to support their Founder/CEO in a fast-moving environment. This is an incredible opportunity to embed yourself at the heart of a growing company, playing a key role in helping a visionary founder scale. They’re looking for a true startup EA, someone who thrives in chaos, takes initiative, and anticipates needs before they arise.

The Role: Executive Assistant to Founder/CEO (Contract)

The City: NYC, NY (Onsite)

The Money: $60-$65/hour

The Day-to-Day:

• Streamline the CEO’s time and priorities through proactive calendar alignment and scheduling
• Navigate shifting priorities with poise, ensuring travel, logistics, and prep materials are dialed
• Operate as an extension of the Founder—anticipating needs, clearing roadblocks, and ensuring follow-through
• Keep the internal engine humming by reinforcing structure, cadence, and operational efficiency
