We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Office Manager to support daily operations at a growing, fast-paced company. This is a pivotal role that keeps the office running smoothly - from coordinating with vendors to creating a welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike. You’ll work cross-functionally with culinary, facilities, and events teams.

The Role: Office Manager
The Location: San Mateo, CA (Onsite)
The Money: $110k - $120k base

Day-to-Day:
Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure facilities are well-maintained
Partner with the in-house chef to coordinate staff lunches and special meals
Support the events team on logistics and onsite execution
Organize and distribute new hire welcome kits and supplies
Serve as a go-to resource for all things office-related - proactive, efficient, and solutions-oriented
