We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Workplace Manager to support daily operations at a growing, fast-paced company. This is a pivotal role that keeps the office running smoothly - from coordinating with vendors to creating a welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike. You’ll work cross-functionally with culinary, facilities, and events teams, and even lead the expansion of their office! 
 

The Role: Workplace Manager

The Location: San Mateo, CA (Onsite)

The Money: $140k - $175k base DOE

Day-to-Day:  

• Lead the office expansion and redesign, managing contractors and vendors

• Partner with the in-house chef to coordinate staff lunches and special meals

• Support the events team on logistics and onsite execution

• Organize and distribute new hire welcome kits and supplies

• Serve as a go-to resource for all things office-related - proactive, efficient, and solutions-oriented
