We're partnering with an esteemed venture capital firm in San Francisco as they search for an Office Admin who is eager to be the heartbeat of the office and wear many hats. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in building systems, creating structure, and cultivating a culture of excellence.

The Role: Office Administrator

The Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite 5x/week)

The Money: $150 - $175k base DOE

The Company: Venture Capital

The Ideal Candidate: No task to big or too small attitude. Proactive. Team Player. Personable. Confident. 

Day-to-Day:  

  • Oversee and manage office cleanliness and tidiness
  • Maintain office supplies/inventory and vendor management
  • Implement new office policies and procedures
  • Coordinate internal events, investor meetings, offsites, and team gatherings
  • Greet and host guests, founders, and LPs with professionalism and discretion
