We’re searching for a strategic Executive Assistant to support a powerhouse Founder & CEO known for scaling companies with speed, precision, and excellence. She’s an operator, investor, and advisor who moves quickly and expects the same from those around her.

This isn’t a backseat role—it’s a true right-hand partnership. You’ll be at the center of the action, managing fast-moving priorities, coordinating across teams, and creating the space your CEO needs to lead effectively. From calendars and communication to travel, personal support, and special projects, you’ll handle it all with polish, urgency, and a deep sense of ownership.

The Role: Executive Assistant to CEO 

The City: Las Vegas, NV 
*Must be willing to relocate to Las Vegas; relocation assistance is available

The Day-to-Day: 

  • Manage complex calendars and priorities across both professional and personal domains, ensuring time is aligned with the CEO’s highest-leverage activities.

  • Act as a gatekeeper and strategic partner, triaging emails, facilitating communication, and managing internal and external relationships with clarity, urgency, and discretion.

  • Prepare for and participate in key meetings, including daily standups and weekend check-ins—handling agendas, taking high-fidelity notes, and ensuring follow-through on next steps.

  • Own end-to-end travel logistics, planning detailed itineraries for business and personal travel with built-in contingencies and zero margin for error.

  • Support personal affairs such as home scheduling, life logistics, and occasional hands-on assistance with personal tasks or events.

  • Lead and assist with special projects, from strategic business initiatives to high-touch personal matters, always with precision and polish.

  • Operate with foresight and initiative, solving problems before they surface, making independent decisions, and stepping in wherever needed with a high sense of ownership and adaptability.

Experience:

  • Must have experience supporting UHNWI 
  • 7-10 years of Executive/Personal Assistant experience
  • Tech start-up experience a plus!
