Job Description

Our client is seeking a customer service focused individual to serve as Retail Sales Associate. You will be a critical public-facing member of a collaborative, cross-functional team. This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities including welcome guests, selling tickets, memberships, and merchandise, and providing a high standard of guest experience for a wide-range of activities. The ideal candidate will excel at interacting with both internal and external parties and a natural ability to jump in wherever they are needed.

The Role: Retail Sales Admin 

The City: Oakland, CA (Onsite, Part time, about 20-30 hours)
(W, Th, F, S, & Sun 6-8 hour shifts)

The Money: $27-$30 Per Hour

The Day-to-Day:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Welcome guests
• Handle sales of tickets, membership, merchandise, private event rentals, etc.
• Ad hoc projects and duties as needed
