The Role: House Manager (Contract-to-hire)

The City: Menlo Park, CA
Travel Expectations: Must be comfortable with traveling and working occasional weekends.
The Money: $40-$42/hour DOE + Over time!

The Day to Day

• Work collaboratively with the home team and report into the Head of Operations
• Assist with household operational tasks, ensuring the estate runs like clockwork.
• Manage the smallest details—fresh flowers always in place, lighting set to the perfect mood, every room exuding comfort.
• Handle special projects and daily tasks that enhance the principals’ experience.
• Maintain a proactive, problem-solving approach—seeing what needs to be done before anyone asks.
• Cultivate a home that feels effortless and inviting, where every detail contributes to a sense of calm and luxury.
