The Role: Executive Assistant to Founders

The City:  Mountain View (Onsite)

The Money: $120k - $140k Base

The Day to Day:

• Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and CTO

• Manage high-volume inboxes and prioritize communications

• Take ownership of tasks from scratch and see them through to completion

• Handle scheduling, internal coordination, and follow-ups

• Work within tools like Rippling to assist with HR/ops tasks

• Serve as a utility player in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
