Job Description

Are you an organized and proactive Office Manager? Do you enjoy being the eyes and ears of the company? We’re seeking an Office Manager to take ownership of the office and provide administrative support – scheduling meetings, greeting guests, setting up conference rooms and planning events. You’ll be the face of the office which means you’ll be the one setting the tone for guests and clients walking through the office doors. 

The Role: Office Manager/Administrative Assistant 

The City: San Francisco, CA (In office) 

The Money: $75k - $85k Base

The Company: A top Venture Capital Firm that focuses on early-stage investments.

The Day-to-Day: 

  • Greet incoming guests professionally and make them feel welcome. 
  • Schedule meetings and answer incoming phone calls. 
  • Provide backup support to the EAs. 
  • Set up conference rooms and order necessary supplies for the team. 
  • Communicate with vendors and building management on facilities-related projects.
