Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support their CEO and serve as Office Manager for their fast-growing New York office. This is a hybrid role requiring regular in-office presence as they build and scale a new hub in the the city. You’ll work closely with the CEO to support day-to-day operations while ensuring the office runs smoothly.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working independently, and is comfortable managing shifting priorities with ease. It's essential that you can move quickly, work autonomously, and be a steady, reliable presence for the CEO and broader team.
The Role: Executive Assistant to CEO + Office Manager
The City: NYC (3-4 days onsite)
The Money: $125k - $140k Base + equity
The Company: Series C, AI start up
The Ideal Candidate: Independent. Proactive. Warm. Personable. Experience supporting a C-Suite executive. Tech experience is a plus!
The Day-to-Day: Calendar management. Travel Coordination. Expense reimbursements. Event planning. Office management.
