Job Description

Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a late stage tech startup. The CEO’s time is increasingly in demand from various stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, prospects, and personal investments.
In this role you will manage the CEO's business calendar and inbox, schedule internal and external meetings, and work collaboratively with the rapidly growing administrative team. 

The Role: Executive Assistant to CEO

The City:
San Francisco (Onsite)

The Money:
$140K–$160K base + benefits + equity

The Company: 
Late stage tech start up

The Ideal Candidate: 
3 - 5 years of experience. Responsive. Collaborative. Tech savvy. Effective communicator. 

The Day-to-Day:
Calendar management. Inbox management. Travel Coordination. Expense reimbursements. Plan company offsites. Streamline communication.
