The Role: Client Relation Associate

The City: Stamford, CT

The Industry: Travel Management / Hospitality

The Money: $70,000 depending on experience + other perks!

The Ideal Candidate: Hospitable. Friendly. Team player. Strong communication skills. Must work EST hours.

The day-to-day:

• Research, book, and manage intricate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring VIP-level service by anticipating client needs, resolving issues, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with client details, itineraries, and travel documentation while delivering exceptional service.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent travel requests and ensure seamless client experiences, even outside standard working hours.
