Administrative Support Specialist
Location: On-site, Lexington, KY | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Overview:
This role provides daily administrative support to a designated employee or team, ensuring smooth task coordination and efficient communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused, with prior experience in the Electric/Telecom Utilities industry and knowledge of CCS.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide routine administrative support under direct supervision.
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel.
Maintain and update data using spreadsheets and internal systems.
Gather and compile data for reporting purposes.
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
Respond promptly to customer queries related to the department.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
CCS system experience and utility industry background preferred.

Ability to analyze data and produce basic reports.
Proactive and responsive in fast-paced situations.
