Administrative Support Specialist
Location: On-site, Lexington, KY | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Overview:
This role provides daily administrative support to a designated employee or team, ensuring smooth task coordination and efficient communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused, with prior experience in the Electric/Telecom Utilities industry and knowledge of CCS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine administrative support under direct supervision.

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel.

  • Maintain and update data using spreadsheets and internal systems.

  • Gather and compile data for reporting purposes.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.

  • Respond promptly to customer queries related to the department.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • CCS system experience and utility industry background preferred.
