Job Description

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in the Philadelphia area. This role supports attorneys through all phases of litigation and offers a hybrid work schedule, with a combination of in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial matters
  • Draft, review, and manage legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence
  • Conduct legal and factual research
  • Organize and maintain case files, both electronic and physical
  • Manage discovery processes, including document collection, review, and production
  • Coordinate filing of documents with state and federal courts
  • Prepare deposition and trial notebooks and exhibits
  • Communicate with clients, courts, vendors, and opposing counsel as directed
  • Track deadlines and maintain litigation calendars

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
  • Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rules
  • Experience with state and federal court filings
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal tracker management systems
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong judgment regarding confidentiality

Work Arrangement
This position follows a hybrid work schedule. Team members are expected to work both remotely and in the Philadelphia office, with specific in-office days determined by team and case needs.
