The candidate will handle residential transactions inducing the firms sponsor sales and provide support to the attorneys engaged in busy dynamic commercial Real Estate law practice. Essential functions of the position include, but, are not limited to:
Abilities and skills needed:
Minimum of five years of real estate experience including title reviews, preferably in a law firm setting, an in-house legal department or a title company
Bachelor’s degree
Proficiency on Microsoft Word
Proficiency in obtaining documents and information from on-line resources
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track extensive detail
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with personnel
Must be flexible with overtime
Willingness to work with and assist other staff members in accomplishing work assignments
Pleasant and cooperative attitude
Must be able to handle confidential information sensitively and discreetly
