Job Description

Seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Hackensack, New Jersey Office. This position will report to the New Jersey Office five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scan and file accounting documents and records.
  • Respond to internal and external emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitate check signing and ensure proper documentation.
  • Process credit card payments accurately and securely.
  • Provide general administrative support.
