Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented professional to join our Business Development & Communications department.
The ideal candidate will manage and evolve our global CRM platform, with a strong focus on email marketing, data quality, and user adoption. This person will need to be a self-starter who can work cross-functionally and lead various projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage firm-wide email marketing campaigns, including building, deploying, and analyzing performance.
• Administer our CRM system (InterAction), ensuring data integrity and usability.
• Create reports and dashboards to support marketing and business development efforts.
• Ensure compliance with global data protection laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Provide training and support to our team on CRM best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in CRM and email marketing, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of InterAction, DealCloud, and relational databases.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS.
• Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail.
