We are currently seeking senior level Associate Attorneys with 3 - 7 years of experience specializing in the area of employment and labor law on behalf of management. Ideal candidates should have knowledge and experience with the following:

• Collective Negotiations
• Union-Free and Unionized Workplaces
• Wage and Hour Dispute Resolution, Claims and Litigation
• Employment Law Counseling
• Public Sector Labor Law
• Administrative Agencies

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in New Jersey
• Admission to practice in New York a plus
• 3 - 7 years of experience with labor/employment law
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong academic credentials
