Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in a relevant HRIS role; prior supervisory experience is preferred.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Workday, including configuration, reporting, and process optimization.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and solve complex problems.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly articulating insights and recommendations.

  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of analysts to ensure effective alignment of Workday functionality with business needs and HR policies across global offices.

  • Maintain system data integrity and implement regular data audit protocols.

  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and execute a long-term Workday strategy, aligning with industry best practices and business objectives.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvements and automation opportunities across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation functions.

  • Develop and manage HR dashboards and standard/custom reports to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Conduct gap analyses between current system configurations and business needs; recommend and implement efficiency improvements.

  • Serve as the project lead for all Workday upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with third-party applications.

  • Oversee testing and communication plans for system updates affecting user experience.

  • Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to ensure platform reliability.

  • Provide technical oversight for key HR processes, including performance reviews, benefits open enrollment, compensation cycles, and ACA compliance.

  • Partner with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely, accurate data exchange and process efficiency.

  • Review and manage Workday security roles and access permissions; recommend enhancements to maintain data privacy and security compliance.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the HRIS team.

  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity regarding sensitive employee and firm-related information.
