Your Role and Responsibilities: As an associate, you will:

1. Handle coverage and defense matters, litigation, and arbitration.
2. Conduct legal research, draft legal memoranda and other litigation-related documents, and provide high-quality legal advice.
3. Be able to prepare and manage cases, offer legal strategies, and participate in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations to assist with and be part of a top-tier legal team.
4. Efficiently manage multiple cases with a keen eye for detail and superior organizational skills.

Qualifications:

1. 4+ years of litigation, arbitration, and/or insurance/reinsurance experience.
2. Experience handling discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and court proceedings.
3. A Juris Doctorate (JD) from a top-tier accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
4. Must have exceptional legal research, writing, communication, analytical, time management, organizational, and verbal skills.
5. Active membership in good standing with the state bar of New York, New Jersey, California, Texas, or Florida required.
6. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
