Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions while maintaining a high standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately and promptly process accounts payable invoices.

  • Respond to vendor and employee inquiries regarding invoices, expenses, and check requests.

  • Assist with month-end closing activities.

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

  • Generate financial reports related to accounts payable.

  • Print and distribute accounts payable reports.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree required.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable.

  • Proficient in Windows applications; must possess strong technical skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Demonstrated commitment to excellence and high standards.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
