Overview:

Our Client is seeking a 2-5 year Commercial Real Estate Associate in Ocean, NJ.

Main Responsibilities (but not limited to):
• Responsible for handling acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing and development of commercial properties
• Provide legal guidance and support
• Collect information and maintain correspondence with counsel, clients etc.
• Assist with ad hoc projects when needed
• Work closely with other attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants

Minimum Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of Transactional Commercial Real Estate Experience
• NJ Barred Attorney/NY a plus
• Experience as lender's or borrower’s counsel on Commercial Real Estate transactions is a plus
