Job Description: Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join their Hackensack office. The attorney will be part of a team handling sophisticated real estate litigation matters in Federal and State Court throughout New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

• Handle complex real estate litigation matters.
• Represent a broad range of institutional and individual clients, including:
  • Real estate developers
  • Lenders
  • Investors
  • Property managers
  • Commercial tenants
  • Purchasers and sellers of real property

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of litigation experience.
• Admitted to practice in New Jersey.
