1. Data Architect – Industrial Data Platform

Position Summary

The OT Data team is evolving from a traditional operational data delivery model into a scalable Industrial Data Platform that will support enterprise data products, advanced analytics, digital twins, AI-enabled solutions, and future digital initiatives.

We are seeking a Senior Data Architect to define the long-term architecture, governance framework, and data product strategy that will enable this transformation. This individual will play a key role in establishing the standards, reusable models, and strategic direction required to scale OT Data as a foundational enterprise capability. The role will also support initiatives related to PCN data, operational data products, AI, Computer Vision, Robotics, and future industrial digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define the target architecture and long-term roadmap for the OT Data platform.

2. Establish enterprise standards for industrial data modeling, contextualization, governance, and data products.

3. Design reusable semantic and asset models that can be leveraged across multiple business domains.

4. Define scalable integration and architecture patterns for operational technology data platforms.

5. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to align future OT Data capabilities with enterprise digital initiatives.

6. Drive architectural decisions that improve reusability, scalability, maintainability, and governance.

7. Ensure new solutions contribute to a common platform vision rather than creating isolated point solutions.

8. Support the evolution of OT Data toward AI-ready and Digital Twin-ready capabilities.

Desired Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Platforms, or Industrial Data environments.
• Strong background in enterprise architecture and data strategy.
• Experience with cloud data platforms, data governance, asset models, data products, and industrial data ecosystems.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and define strategic technology direction.
