RCS Staffing has an immediate need for a Pipeline Engineering Project Manager in a remote location. This is a full-time direct-hire Remote assignment with some travel required. This position offers a competitive package including benefits, vacation and holidays.

Overview of YOUR role as a Pipeline Engineering Project Manager

As a Pipeline Engineering Project Manager, you will lead midstream conceptual studies and detailed design projects across gathering, transportation, storage, and processing assets. You will serve as the primary client interface, manage project profit and loss, and drive program execution with a seller/doer approach. This role requires an experienced project manager who can make sound decisions within company procedures and deliver projects on time and within budget.

As a Pipeline Engineering Project Manager YOU will:

· Manage midstream conceptual studies and detailed design projects across gathering, transportation, storage, and processing assets
· Serve as the primary interface with clients
· Own profit and loss responsibility for assigned projects
· Lead change management for projects
· Coordinate internal technical teams, contractors, vendors, and clients
· Plan resources, manage budgets, and oversee project financials
· Make decisions aligned with procedures, company policies, and business practices to meet results and deadlines
· Manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing priorities

YOU are the ideal Pipeline Engineering Project Manager candidate if you have:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, plus 6 years of related experience, or equivalent experience and/or education (required)
· Proven track record managing midstream projects focused on pipelines, compressor stations, gas processing, LNG/NGL storage, or terminal development from initiation through closeout (required)
· U.S. citizenship (required)
· Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle records review (required)
· Strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and financial oversight
· Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients
· Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

It’s a BONUS if you have:

· 10+ years of experience
· Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, construction, procurement, and regulatory compliance
· Familiarity with pipeline and compressor station engineering, construction methods, and safety regulations (DOT, PHMSA)
· Experience with environmental compliance
· Experience managing third-party survey, specialty, or right-of-way acquisition subcontractors
· Coordination with pipeline engineering, mapping, and GIS staff
· Experience with terminal facility planning and design for hydrocarbons or bulk commodities
