ProspectBlue is partnering with a boutique law firm in Richmond, Virginia, to identify a Corporate Associate to join its growing team.

Requirements:
• Active membership with the Virginia State Bar, or eligibility for admission through reciprocity
• Approximately 4–7 years of experience handling sophisticated corporate transactions, including drafting and analyzing contracts
• Demonstrated involvement in mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, financial considerations, and regulatory matters
• Prior exposure to healthcare-related corporate work within a private practice environment is a plus, though not mandatory
• Strong academic credentials supported by professional references
• Motivated and intellectually curious attorney who thrives in a collaborative setting and is eager to continue developing professionally
• Commitment to delivering high-quality client service and a genuine interest in corporate law
