ProspectBlue has partnered with a reputable firm in Richmond, VA and is seeking an experienced Paralegal Manager to lead a high-performing team handling personal injury cases through all pre-litigation stages—from intake to settlement.

In this role, you'll oversee team operations, manage hiring and training, monitor performance, and support case progression. You’ll also handle your own caseload and collaborate closely with attorneys, clients, and adjusters to ensure exceptional service and results.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor a team of Case Managers

Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from start to resolution

Maintain ongoing communication with clients and insurance adjusters

Support attorneys by collecting case documentation and preparing settlement memos

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews

Ensure timely and accurate case updates and compliance with firm protocols

Qualifications:

3+ years as a personal injury paralegal or bodily injury adjuster

1–2 years in a senior or supervisory role

Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Office; typing speed of 65+ WPM

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
