ProspectBlue is seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Attorney Manager to lead and mentor a personal injury team at a reputable firm in Washington DC. This is a non-case-handling role focused on team leadership, legal strategy, and client consultation—not direct litigation or representation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and guide attorneys and support staff in both pre-litigation and litigation

Provide legal strategy support and oversee client consultations

Monitor case flow, team performance, and client satisfaction

Assist with hiring, training, and professional development

Collaborate with firm leadership to maintain high standards and efficiency

Qualifications:

JD and active law license required

5+ years in personal injury law (both pre-lit and litigation)

Experience managing legal teams

Strong leadership, communication, and client relations skills

Spanish fluency a plus, not required
