Job Description

ProspectBlue has partnered with a reputable firm in Richmond, VA and is seeking a Virginia licensed attorney with 5+ years of experience in handling commercial real estate and/or corporate transactions to join its business practice group. This is a collaborative, team-oriented practice working on a diverse variety of issues, including commercial real estate development, financing, leasing, corporate, and other transactional matters. Prior experience handling real estate financing transactions as lender’s counsel is a plus. Some portable business is desirable but not required.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience and displays superior academic background along with excellent research, writing and organizational skills. Excellent salary and benefits, including generous bonus program.
