This role will work directly with the firm’s litigation partners, senior associates, of counsel attorneys, and our litigation paralegal team on exciting matters both in Texas and across the country, including commercial, real estate, and intellectual property litigation, class action defense, and other business disputes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of state and federal litigation experience and one year of trademark litigation or prosecution experience. Patent litigation experience is strongly preferred. You will be working with attorneys that are technologically savvy, highly competent, and who view the competent paralegal as highly valued part of the successful litigation team.
