Medical Front Office

Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Must be available to start at 7:00 AM 1–2 days per week

Position Overview

M Force Partners is seeking an experienced Medical Front Office professional to support daily front office operations within a skincare, wellness, and aesthetics environment. This position serves as a key point of contact for patients and helps create a welcoming, organized, and professional experience from arrival through follow-up.

The ideal Medical Front Office candidate has at least 2 years of medical front desk experience with strong patient service, scheduling, administrative, and communication skills. This individual should be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a busy healthcare environment.

This Medical Front Office position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, building relationships, and helping a healthcare and wellness practice operate smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional, and personalized front office experience
  • Answer incoming phone calls, messages, emails, and patient inquiries professionally
  • Schedule appointments and manage appointment changes, cancellations, and follow-up scheduling
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Coordinate communication between patients and clinical, skincare, wellness, and administrative team members
  • Maintain accurate patient information, records, and documentation
  • Assist patients with general questions regarding available services
  • Support follow-up communication and ongoing patient engagement
  • Help maintain an organized appointment schedule and efficient daily patient flow
  • Support patient retention by providing responsive and consistent customer service
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and medical information
  • Follow HIPAA, privacy, safety, sanitation, and established office procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and patient-care environment
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, documentation, filing, and office coordination
  • Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative team members
  • Represent the practice with professionalism, discretion, positivity, and integrity

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of medical front desk or medical front office experience
  • Experience with patient scheduling and appointment management
  • Experience with patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment
  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, email, and standard office software
  • Ability to maintain confidential patient and medical information
  • Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare privacy requirements
  • Professional and approachable demeanor
  • Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
  • Must be available to begin work at 7:00 AM 1–2 days per week
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within medical aesthetics, dermatology, skincare, wellness, or a similar healthcare environment
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) or practice management systems
  • Experience managing a high volume of phone calls, appointments, and patient interactions
  • Experience supporting patient retention and follow-up
  • Familiarity with skincare, wellness, or aesthetic services
