Duties and Responsibilities:
Review responses to comment letters and confirm requested changes.
Check seller disclosure forms for “yes” responses and escalate when further review is needed.
Review advertisements for compliance, including required disclosures.
Conduct first-line review of franchise filing amendments and communicate changes to examiners.
Key Skills and Abilities:
Reviewing lengthy documents, and reviewing multiple documents at the same time.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and comfort using web-based systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify missing disclosures.
Ability to multitask.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage tasks in a high-volume environment and escalate issues appropriately.
Ability to work in an office setting and collaborate as part of a team.
Law firm or business experience helpful but not required.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
