Job Description

C2's client, a global medical device manufacturer, seeks a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support a major US market rebrand implementation. This is a hands-on design and production role: you'll take global brand guidance and apply it consistently across a high volume of print materials, working closely with the internal team to incorporate feedback and refine as you go. This role is remote, candidate must be "at work" during business hours, EST.

This role is built for a designer who can apply brand guidelines and standards, work independently, and communicate clearly when questions come up. You'll also bring a light editorial sensibility, adapting British-origin copy so it reads naturally for a US audience. Because this is a medical device company, precision and clarity are non-negotiable.

Start date: Mid to late-May 2026
Duration: Full-time contract, approximately 4 to 6 months; availability during business hours, EST REQUIRED
Location: Remote  * Orientation/training will be conducted at their offices in New Berlin, WI
Compensation: $38 to $48/hour as W2 employee of C2, hourly rate commensurate with relevant experience
Benefits: C2 talent working 30+ hours/week for 30 consecutive business days are eligible for medical, dental, and optional vision insurance, life insurance, and PTO accrual; 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match available for enrollment after 90 days.
Technology: Talent must provide their own hardware. The client team is PC-based; note that the client may provide equipment after the start date. Adobe Creative Cloud required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret global brand guidelines and implement consistently across a high volume of US print materials
  • Apply Photoshop adjustments to existing photography to align with new brand color and tone direction
  • Receive and incorporate feedback accurately and efficiently, with a strong eye for detail and follow-through
  • Communicate proactively about your queue, timelines, and any roadblocks
  • Adapt copy as needed to ensure British-origin content reads naturally for a US audience
  • Support light video work as needed; Premiere Pro a plus

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3 to 5 years of graphic design experience; more is welcomed
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
  • Strong print production background
  • 40 hours/week availability during business hours, EST
  • Experience implementing or working within brand guidelines
  • Excellent attention to detail, this is a medical device company; designs must be clear, concise, and organized
  • Experience designing for highly regulated industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, or pharmaceuticals
  • Strong self-organization and time management; ability to work independently with minimal supervision after onboarding
  • Clear, proactive communicator

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in branding or rebrand projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Comfort localizing content for a US audience; light copywriting or editing sensibility a plus
