C2’s client is a global powerhouse in the food, beverage, and pharma industries, known for innovation, sustainability, and shaping tomorrow’s taste and nutrition. For more than five decades, this client has served many of the world’s iconic consumer brands, leveraging deep insights and expertise to unlock better experiences for billions of people. They are seeking a Senior Creative Operations Consultant to help their in-house creative team do more with less, without sacrificing brand nuance or team culture.

Start Date: As soon as approved
Duration: Contract, project-based, 6–9 months
Location: Flexible/Remote
Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Job Description
The ideal partner is a senior leader and collaborator who has worked inside creative teams to implement process, workflow, or technology (including AI) that unlocks measurable gains, never at the expense of creative credibility or team morale. This is a rare opportunity to architect the future of creative production for a world leader, driving efficiency and accelerating productivity for a global brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze current creative workflows, pain points, handoffs, and project lifecycles
  • Identify and recommend targeted process improvements to boost throughput, efficiency, and predictability by 20% or more
  • Pinpoint high-ROI use cases for AI integration, automation, and tools, without over-engineering or devaluing creative work, team member contributions
  • Roll out templating, personalization, and content-at-scale frameworks for global audiences, leveraging brand standards
  • Build buy-in, provide training and change management, and communicate clearly with creative teams and cross-functional partners
  • Partner with creative leaders, providing regular progress updates, clear performance measures, and documentation for knowledge sharing
  • Advise on project management tool best practices (having recently migrated PM tools), recommending tracking and workflow enhancements

Qualifications

Required:

  • Deep background working inside creative teams; understands creative process, review cycles, and culture (not just “process”)
  • Demonstrated results improving creative or design team workflow, efficiency, or output without alienating stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with creative ops, workflow optimization, or content production at enterprise scale
  • Familiarity integrating AI into creative workflows (Copilot, AI agents, automation, Adobe Express, etc.) and balancing tech with creative credibility
  • Ability to train, mentor, and earn trust from designers and creatives (not just manage from a distance)
  • Exposure to enterprise project management and tracking systems (Workfront and others)
  • Excellent communication, data-driven mindset, and comfort producing metrics/ROI for leadership

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Adobe ecosystem including Express
  • Exposure to food, beverage, pharma, or CPG creative environments
  • Formal change management or creative ops/process certification
