Welcome to Virtual Work World! Thank you for filling out the application form.

As you join our pipeline, we want to provide you with important information about us and our recruitment process:


1. This is 100% free. We do not charge our Freelancers and do not take cuts from your earnings!We match you with a company, where you are paid directly by them.
 
2. We'll assess your profile for the roles we're staffing.  If you're a good fit, we'll invite you to a screening interview. If not, we'll keep you in our pipeline for future opportunities. The process involves:
     a. Screening Interview: We'll discuss your background and assess your skills.
     b. Skill-based Assessment (if applicable): We will share an assessment to be completed within 48-72 hours. We will review it as soon as you’re done and schedule the next interview.
     c. Technical  Interview: We will share assessment feedback, ask more technical questions and help prepare you for the final interview with the client.
     d. Requirements: If you pass the previous stages, you will be asked to submit the requirements for the role: a valid copy of your country’s Criminal Clearance Certificate, and two professional character references (with active LinkedIn profiles or work emails). These requirements are mandatory and shall be submitted prior to signing a contract with the client. Additional requirements may be asked per client request.
     e. Client Interview: Once the client advises us that they want to meet you, we'll arrange an interview based on their availability.
     f. Contract Signing & Data Form: Once hired we will share an International Contractor Agreement and Contractor Data Form to be completed by you within 24 hours.

3. Once you get hired, we will not be involved with your payroll. You can always contact us about HR issues with your client, such as inappropriate behavior, harassment, etc., up to 90 days after you’re hired. We will do our best to mitigate and resolve issues.

4. All communications shall be exclusively kept within Virtual Work World until a contract is signed. You are not to engage directly with the client before signing a contract.
