Precision Resources, a division of the Trimarc Group Inc. is currently searching for a Jr Systems Administrator for a permanent hybrid position to join our client in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

Position Summary:

The chosen individual will work in a hybrid capacity supporting internal employee Laptops, workstations, printers and other peripheral devices.  This position includes troubleshooting software and hardware problems, onboarding new employees, cloud administration, VPN and network support.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• 4 years of experience in IT support and/or Network and Systems Administration
• US Citizenship or Green Card
• Experience assisting employees with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of computers, peripheral equipment, software, and audio/visual equipment
• Support internal business units with evaluating, testing, and implementing standard configurations, as well as troubleshooting and supporting technical systems and software that support business processes
• Account administration managing through Active Directory and Entra
• Experience supporting Amazon Workspace
• MS Office Suite and Adobe support
• Deploy and maintain Windows operating system images to laptops and desktops
• Provide new employee IT onboarding and set up
• Provide assistance in inventory management, including location audits and labeling for all end user IT equipment
• Support for proprietary in-house applications
• VoIP (Ring Central) and mobile device administration
• Experience documenting and updating trouble ticket systems; GLPI experience desired but not required.
