Starting annual base salary is $120,000 to $160,000 for this full-time non-exempt position. Total compensation may increase with eligibility for various bonuses. A professional development reimbursement and technology stipend are provided on an annual basis. The AMAS(Associate Microsoft Automation Specialists) is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve ComTecs internal processes by reducing steps, automation, and transforming/presenting data in an easy to consume format. This role is critical to scaling ComTecs Operations to meet our aggressive revenue growth goals while maximizing Operational Profit Margins. The AMAS will work in the Business Systems Division, reporting to the Senior Director of the Business Operations Department. The role has direct access to the CEO and other organizational leaders and is a critical player in ComTecs overall strategy. ComTec and the Business Systems team have developed a strategy to automate and optimize while writing as little code as possible. The attributes needed for this job are resourcefulness, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Summary: The Sr. Manager, Accounting oversees the daily accounting and control functions for the accounting team. The core responsibility of the Senior Accounting Manager is to prepare and oversee the timely and accurate completion of the financial reporting and technical accounting requirements of the Company. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 7+ years experience with corporate or public accounting. 3+ years experience directly supervising staff. Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree in Accounting Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation. Accounting/Finance Project Management experience. Strong Audit experience within complex accounting environments. Experience with using, implementing, and managing enterprise level web-based Accounting/Financial systems. Experience with OneStream or similar software products specializing in close automation & budgeting. Experience with PDI Enterprise Management Software.
