Scope of work:
1. Location: 100% remote - Shift flexibility is required. The engagement will remain at 40 hours, but some evening work is likely. Weekends less likely.

Required Skills: Migration will be a very important component of the resource (NetApp to NetApp) SnapMirror experience is required. o Client has a mix of NFS/SMB/DFS and they have issues with things like mixed volumes and understanding interdependencies of applications so the migrations go smoothly they are concerned about applications/clients being moved and impacting other apps/clients o Would be great if resource has experience in migration planning and helping client understand what toolsets should be leveraged for successful NetApp migrations, whether a NetApp tool or 3rd party product o A lot of the client shares are in Qtrees and they would like to completely remove those they need assistance on how they can do that effectively o Client has held off on a lot of the volume/share migrations so far, but they expect them to ramp up soon o They would like resource to be able to evaluate general health of ONTAP/FabricPool environment so that migrations carry as low risk as possible, leveraging things like the existing SAM reporting already in place for the client o They would want the resource to be provide guidance and support around best practices for things like vacating nodes o They would also want assistance with remotely adding new nodes to clusters, as needed
