● Ensure all employees who are hired have a position agreement, pay plan or offer letter depending on the role uploaded to their account before you approve the new hire to start work
● Take copious notes regarding your conversations with internal customers to ensure you execute to their expectations
● Attend ongoing training to ensure company is compliant regarding our payroll practices
● Batch payroll processing accurately and timely to ensure Paylocity can execute the direct deposit and paycheck process accordingly
● Funnel challenges regarding payroll that you are unable to address to your manager to prevent any business misses or employee dissatisfaction
● Field and address payroll challenges at each branch quickly to ensure we swiftly remedy challenges an employee may experience due to errors
● Identify ways to improve and expedite the payroll process at Goettl
