    • As the Help Desk, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers.  

      Responsibilities 

      • IT tech support via phone or chat
      • Document and monitor support / issues 
      • Learn new support technology  
      • Processes and handles requests and orders for computer equipment 
      • Administrative tasks 

      Requirements:  

      • 1+ years of help desk experience
      • Bachelor's degree preferred
