Job Description

AV Support Technician 
New York, NY- ONSITE 5 days 

• 5+ years of experience in IT/AV support roles, with a focus on conference room and meeting-space AV support.
  - Hands-on experience with the Logitech Rally line of products (cameras, speakers, mics, Rally Bar/Rally Bar Mini).
  - Hands-on experience with Neat Bar Pro or similar all-in-one video bar systems.
  - Experience configuring and troubleshooting Logitech scheduling displays/room schedulers.
  - Strong, hands-on experience troubleshooting Google Meet hardware and software in a conference room and live event setting.
