Title: Slack Admin (Contract)
Location: San Francisco, CA- ONSITE
Slack-heavy help desk role focused on Jira ticket queue ownership, hardware fulfillment (YubiKeys/peripherals), and macOS user support in an onsite in San Francisco, CA environment.
MUST
Slack Admin Experience – manage channels, user groups, guests, Slack Connect approvals
Ticketing Systems – Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar
Queue Ownership – manage tickets end-to-end, meet SLAs, clear documentation
Hardware Fulfillment – YubiKeys, peripherals, loaner laptops
macOS Support – basic troubleshooting at user level
Written Communication – clear, concise ticket responses
Key Responsibilities
Slack Administration
Process channel membership and user group changes
Convert channels between private and public
Invite single-channel guests and external collaborators; manage Slack Connect channel approvals
Troubleshoot Slack login and SSO issues
Approve or route Slack app integration requests per policy
